Volunteer Rota

iPad & iPhone: Download the free Google Sheets app and select the following link:  CLICK HERE IF YOU ARE ON THE VOLUNTEER LIST, TO ADD YOUR NAME TO THE ROTA

1. Click on the link above.
2. Check you are on the correct month by the tabs at the base of page.
3. Double Click on the box that you would like to add your name to and type after the 1 or 2
4. If the slots you want to do are already occupied then please choose another available time or contact one of those in the slot to see if they are prepared to swap.
5. Click off the box elsewhere on page once you have finished typing and ensure it says ‘All changes saved’ at the top left of the page to the right of ‘Help’. ( This will say ‘Saving…’ while you are typing in the box.)
6. Exit the page once you are finished.
7. If you want to print the page go to ‘File’ and select ‘Print’
